Seal Card Instructions
In addition, there are 20 total sign up tickets in the game. 10 are identified with a graphic of an angel holding a harp, with the words “CHANCE AT” & a dollar amount listed of $20, $30, $40, $50, $100, $120, $130, $140, $150 or $200 and the words “SIGN UP”. The other 10 are identified with a graphic of a devil with a pitchfork, with the words “CHANCE AT” & a dollar amount listed of $20, $30, $40, $50, $100, $120, $130, $140, $150 or $200 and the words “SIGN UP”. All players with one of these tickets should sign their name on the corresponding line on the seal card’s register on the appropriate “Angel” or “Devil” side. Once the game is completely sold out, the operator will open the die cut window on the seal card stating “ANGEL OR A DEVIL?”. Under this window will be a picture of either an Angel or Devil. This designates which side of the sign-up’s will be eligible for the money under the second window on the seal card. The gaming manager then opens the second window stating “TOTAL of $500 UNDER SEAL”. There will be various dollar amounts under this window ($20, $30, $40, $50, $100, $120, $130, $140, $150, or $200), which when added up, will total $500. For example, the gaming operator could open the seal and see 5 dollar amounts: $200, $100, $120, $50 & $30 (totaling $500). The players whose SIGN UP tickets contain those matching dollar amounts listed under the seal win those dollar amounts. The number of dollar amounts under the seal will vary from game to game. This is considered a “money match” style of play and is patented by Universal Manufacturing under patent number 5,931,468 which is listed on each ticket and seal card for this style of game.
Total seal card prize payout is $500. The maximum amount one player can win on the seal card is $200.
