This is a standard seal card game encompassing hold tickets, which qualify for a seal prize and
instant win tickets. All instant winners have the cashier feature, which is the total winning amount.
The "hold" tickets are identified by the word "hold."

How to Play

To play, the player would pay $0.50 for the ticket and then open the 5 windows on the backside to reveal the symbols and/or numerals. If the symbols inside the ticket match the winning combinations on the front of the ticket, the player is an instant winner. All winners will have the Cash Payout feature showing the amount won.

Seal Card Instructions

In addition, there are 10 "hold tickets" with numbers ending in "Red 13 's"(013-913). All player's holding a Red 13 number will win a prize. One winner @ $300.00, one Winner @ $75.00, two winner's @ $25.00 and six winner's @$10.00. Once the game is sold out, the operator will open all windows on the seal card starting with the $10.00 window, then the $25.00, and the $75.00, and last one to open is the $300.00 window. Each window will reveal one or more ofthe 10 "Red 13" hold numbers. The person holding that number will win the prize listed. If the game is not completely sold out in one day, the "Red 13" holder's will sign the seal card on the line corresponding with their hold ticket. This is to ensure when the game is completed, the player will receive their winnings.
