How to Play
BONUS JACKPOT BINGO™ is a bingo event game with instant winners and bingo hold numbers (1 through 75). To play, the player would pay $0.50 for the ticket and then open the windows on the back side to reveal the symbols. If the symbols inside the ticket match the winning combinations on the front, they are a winner. All instant winners will have a cash payout showing the amount won. There are 2,880 tickets in a deal with 108 instant winners.
There are 75 HOLD numbers in the set, each identified by a number (B-1 through O-75) and the word “HOLD” in the left margin closest to the tab hinge. There is only one “hold” per hold ticket, and hold tickets do not repeat in the set.
Players who receive a hold ticket sign their name on the corresponding line of the card’s “register” which is located on the front of the flare card. This ensures that if the game is not completely sold out in one day, the players will receive their winnings. Once the game is completely sold out, the operator will announce the serial number of the game in play and draw a bingo ball to determine the winning hold number in the game. The operator will then write the winning number on the flare card in the space marked, “FIRST BALL CALLED.” The player holding the ticket with this number is awarded a prize of $250. The player then chooses a letter (B, I, N, G or O) and the operator writes this letter on the flare card in the space marked, “PLAYER’S LETTER PICK.” For example, the player picks the letter “I.” The player also signs his name in the space provided immediately below his pick. The bingo game continues until someone gets a valid bingo. The game operator then writes the last bingo number called on the flare card in the space marked, “LAST BALL CALLED.” For example, the last bingo number called is “16.” If the PLAYER’S LETTER PICK (“I”) matches the letter associated with the LAST BALL CALLED (“I-16”), the $500 jackpot prize contribution is awarded to the player that won the original $250. If the PLAYER’S LETTER PICK (“I”) does not match the letter associated with the LAST BALL CALLED (“B-6” for example), the $500 jackpot prize is rolled over and added to the $500 jackpot prize contribution of the next BONUS JACKPOT BINGO™ game. The jackpot prize continues to roll over from one game to the next until it is won.
