Seal Card Instructions

to win the Seal Prize. The Red 13 holders will sign up on the seal card on the line next to their hold
number. Once a deal has been completely sold out, then the operator will open the window on the
seal card. The window will reveal a winning Red 13 hold number, and the person holding that ticket
