How to Play
Player opens die cut windows on the side of the tab with the words "Open Here". The open windows will reveal symbol combinations.
Also contained therein are 18 tickets showing a banana with the words "Chance At" and "Sign Up". There will also be a dollar amount on the banana between $20.00 and $200.00. All holders of these tickets sign their name on the appropriate line on the seal card.
After all tickets are sold and the instant winners are paid, the gaming manager opens the seal and pays out the dollar amounts shown under the seal to holders of tickets with the same dollar amounts.
NOTE: There will be anywhere from FOUR to EIGHT dollar amounts under the seal. However, they will always total $500.00 in prize money.
