How to Play

To play, the player would pay $0.50 for the ticket and then open the windows on the back side to reveal the symbols. If the symbols inside the ticket match the winning combinations on the front, they are a winner. All instant winners will have a cash payout showing the amount won. There are 2,100 tickets in a deal with 183 instant winners.

 

Instructions on How to Play Seal Card

There are three games on this seal card. There are 10 hold tickets with numeral combinations ending in Red 13’s (013-913). Players who receive a ticket ending in a Red 13 sign their name on the corresponding line of the card’s “register.” This ensures that if the game is not completely sold out in one day, the player will receive their winnings. When the register is full, the operator shall open all three corresponding seals on the seal card. If there is no Red 13 under the seal, it will state “NO WINNER”. If "NO WINNER" is revealed, that designated prize is not awarded. If a numeral is revealed, the player holding the corresponding numeral is awarded the designated prize. There are three windows on this portion of the seal card and all three seals shall be opened to determine if there will be one winner at $250.00 or two winners at $125.00, for a total of $250.00 in seal winnings in this section of the seal card.

In addition, there are 26 hold tickets containing “HOLD LETTER” followed by a letter (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, or Z), qualifying the player for seal card play. Players who receive a ticket containing one of the identified letters above sign their name on the corresponding line of the card’s “register” on the back of the card. This ensures that if the game is not completely sold out in one day, the player will receive their winnings. When the register is full, the operator shall open the seals on the seal card identified by a question mark and a prize amount and the players holding tickets with the corresponding letters are awarded the designated prize. There are five windows on this portion of the seal card. There will be one winner at $60.00, one winner at $40.00, one winner at $30.00, one winner at $20.00 and one winner at $10.00, for total winnings of $160.00 paid out in this section of the seal card.

Finally, there are an additional 72 hold tickets containing “HOLD WORD” followed by a unique five-letter word (“GREAT” for example), qualifying the player for seal card play. Players who receive a ticket containing one of the “HOLD WORDS” sign their name on the corresponding line of the card’s “register” on the back of the card. This ensures that if the game is not completely sold out in one day, the player will receive their winnings. When the register is full, the operator shall open the corresponding seal on the seal card and the player holding the ticket with the corresponding word is awarded the designated prize. There is one window on this portion of the seal card. There will be one winner at $120.00 for total winnings of $120.00 paid out in this section of the seal card.
