How to Play

To play, the player would pay $0.50 for the ticket and then open the windows on the back side to reveal the symbols. If the symbols inside the ticket match the winning combinations on the front, they are a winner. All instant winners will have a cash payout showing the amount won. There are 2,100 tickets in a deal with 89 instant winners.

A total of $670.00 in seal prizes will be awarded in the game.  There are twelve seals identified by a numbered slot machine graphic (numbered 1 through 12). There are three $50 “EXTRA PRIZES” seals and one $200 seal.

Once the game is completely sold out, the operator will announce the name of the game “MR. VEGAS” and serial number, and that the game is now in play. Each player who opens a ticket and finds a numbered SLOT MACHINE graphic, goes to the seal card, and signs their name on the appropriate numbered sign-up line. Each player who opens a ticket and finds a number ending in a red 13 goes to the seal card and signs their name on the appropriate sign-up line. This ensures that if the game is not completely sold out in one day, the players will receive their winnings. After all the sign-up lines have been filled, the operator opens the numbered SLOT MACHINE seals one by one and awards the prizes revealed to the players holding the matching SLOT MACHINE numbers. The operator then opens the three $50 “EXTRA PRIZES” seals and awards $50 to the players holding the matching numbers revealed (either a SLOT MACHINE number or a number ending in red 13). The operator then opens the $200 seal and awards $200 to the player holding the number revealed and the game is over.
