How to Play

There are three elements to the game. 

Players open five windows on the back of the ticket.  Winning symbol combinations are identified on the front of each ticket.  All instant winners are determined by matching three identical symbols (the one holder of three flag symbols will win $50, the one holder of three George Washingtons will win $25, the ten holders of three declarations of independence will win $5 each and the two hundred holders of three $100 bills will win $0.50 each).  There is a total of $225 in instant winners in each deal.

There are also fifteen “Hold” tickets that are identified by a red, white or blue star symbol (numbered 1 through 5 for each color).  Once all tickets in a deal have been sold, the gaming operator will unveil the three windows on the seal card marked Red Star $200 – 1 Winner, White Star $75 – 1 Winner and Blue Star $25 – 1 Winner.  These windows will each have one of the colored star numbers under the window.  The holders of these tickets will win $200, $75 or $25. 

There is also a “Patriot Star Color” window on the seal card.   The gaming operator will open this window to disclose which one of the three star colors (red, white or blue) will win additional prizes.  There are four windows that will be opened to determine which of the designated color star symbol ticket holders will win a prize ranging from $25 to $100.  There is one $100 prize, one $50 prize, and two $25 prizes.
