How to Play

The player would pay $0.50 for the ticket and then open the 2 windows on the backside to reveal the symbols.  If the symbols on the inside of the ticket match the winning combinations on the front of the ticket, they are a winner. All instant winners will have a cash payout showing the amount won.

Bingo Event Instructions

There are 15 Hold tickets each identified by a horse/jockey graphic, and a number (B1 through O15). Players holding a HOLD ticket signs their names on the corresponding sign-up line on back of the flare card. This ensures that if the game is not completely sold out in one day, the players will receive their winnings.

Once the game is completely sold out, the operator will announce the name of the game "Rockin Horse" and serial number, and that the game is now in play. The operator will then draw bingo balls to determine the winning hold numbers in the game. The winning Hold number is determined by the first vertical row to be called on the bingo board. The number at the top of the first completed vertical row identifies the winning Hold number.

For example, as shown in the sample below, if B9, I24, N39, G54, and O68 are called, completing a vertical row on the bingo board, the winning holder is B9. If bingo is called before a vertical column is filled the game operator will continue to draw bingo numbers until a vertical column has been filled so a winning holder number can be determined.
