How to Play
SLOTS OF PRIZES™ is a seal card game with instant winners and seal card winners. To play, the player would pay $0.50 for the ticket and then open the windows on the back side to reveal the symbols. If the symbols inside the ticket match the winning combinations on the front, they are a winner. All instant winners will have a cash payout showing the amount won. There are 3,480 tickets in a deal with 108 instant winners.
Seal Card Instructions
There are 18 HOLD number tickets in the set, each identified by a red number 13 (013 through 1713).
Players who receive a hold ticket sign their name on the corresponding sign-up line on the seal card. This ensures that if the game is not completely sold out in one day, the players will receive their winnings. There are nine “WRITE PRIZES REVEALED” lines (three sets of lines numbered 1 through 3) on the seal card that will be used to record prize amounts revealed during seal card play.
Once the game is completely sold out, the operator will announce the name of game “SLOTS OF PRIZES” and serial number, and that the game is now in play. Then the operator will open the three “3 WINNERS” seals to reveal nine unique numbers (three numbers under each seal). Each player holding a number revealed will win a prize on the “slot machine” portion of the seal card. The player holding the first number revealed under the top “3 WINNERS” seal chooses one of the “$25 x ?” seals (in blue, red or green), or one of the “$5 x ?” seals (in blue, red or green), or one of the “$1 x ?” seals (in blue, red or green). The operator then opens the chosen seal to reveal the number of “times” (x) the prize on the seal will be multiplied to create the winning prize and the actual “sum” (=) the player will be awarded. For example, if the player chooses the green “$5 x ?” seal and “x 10” is revealed with a sum of “=$50,” the player is awarded a prize of $50 and the operator writes that prize amount on the corresponding “WRITE PRIZES REVEALED” line next to the player’s number. Then the player holding the second number revealed under the top “3 WINNERS” seal picks one of the eight remaining seals. The operator opens the chosen seal to reveal the number of “times” and the actual “sum,” awards the player the prize, and writes the prize amount on the corresponding “WRITE PRIZES REVEALED” line. Seal card play continues in this manner until only one hold number and one “slot machine” seal remains. The operator opens the remaining seal to reveal the number of “times” and the actual “sum,” awards the player the prize and the game is over.
