How to Play

To play, the player would pay $0.50 for the ticket and then open the windows on the back side to reveal the symbols. If the symbols inside the ticket match the winning combinations on the front, they are a winner. All instant winners will have a cash payout showing the amount won. There are 2,040 tickets in a deal with 114 instant winners.

Seal Card Instructions

The STAR SPANGLED STRIPES™ seal card contains 10 seals, each identified by a prize amount. Three seals each display a $15 prize; two seals each display a $25 prize; three seals each display a $50 prize; one seal displays a $100 prize; one seal displays a $300 prize. There are 10 hold tickets in the game, each containing a unique hold number 0 through 9 and ending in a striped “13” for easy identification. Every hold ticket will win a prize on the seal card. After the tickets are sold out, the game operator announces the serial number of the game and opens the 10 seals on the seal card to reveal the positions of the 10 hold numbers. The game operator awards the prize displayed on each seal to the players holding the tickets with the corresponding numbers revealed under the seals.  For example, if “213” appears under one of the “$15” seals, the player holding the 213 ticket is awarded $15. If “713” appears under one of the “$25” seals, the player holding the 613 ticket is awarded $25 and so on.
