How to Play

This is a standard Seal Card game encompassing hold tickets, which qualify for seal prizes and instant win tickets. All instant winners have the cashier feature, which is the total winning amount. The “hold” tickets are identified by the word “hold.”

Seal Card Instructions

This game has 24 hold tickets on RED 13’s (013 thru 2313). Players holding these tickets are eligible to win the Seal Prizes.

1st Seal Winner chooses first (as described in the example below)

2nd Seal Winner chooses second (as described in the example below)

3rd Seal Winner chooses third (as described in the example below)

4th Seal Winner will receive the last, unopened tab (as described in the example below).

Once all tickets in the deal have been sold out, the operator will open the four “seal winner” windows in order, from 1st to 4th, as described below:

Open 1st Seal Winner window on the seal card. The window will reveal a winning seal number. The person with this winning seal number will then select one of the four windows listed under the “HOW MUCH CAN YOU WIN?” section.   These windows will conceal the following prize amounts: $1, $5, $10, $20. Each prize will be multiplied from 1X the prize amount to 200X the prize amount.  As an example, a player picking the $10 window with the 10X multiplier would win $10 X 10, or $100.

Open 2nd Seal Winner window on the seal card. The window will reveal a winning seal number. The person with the winning seal number will then select one of the remaining three windows listed under the "HOW MUCH CAN YOU WIN?" section. These windows will conceal the following prize amounts: $1, $5, $10, $20. Each prize will be multiplied from 1X the prize amount to 200X the prize amount. As an example, a player picking the $1 window with the 50X multiplier would win $1 X 50, or $50.

Open 3rd Seal Winner window on the seal card. The window will reveal a winning seal number. The person with the winning seal number will then select one of the remaining two windows listed under the “HOW MUCH CAN YOU WIN?" section. These windows will conceal the following prize amounts: $1, $5, $10, $20. Each prize will be multiplied from 1X the prize amount to 200X the prize amount. As an example, a player picking the $20 window with the 1X multiplier would win $20 X 1, or $20.

Open 4th Seal Winner window on the seal card. The window will reveal a winning seal number. The person with the winning seal number will then select the last remaining window listed under the “HOW MUCH CAN YOU WIN?” section.  This window will conceal the following choice: $1, $5, $10, $20. Each prize will be multiplied from 1X the prize amount to 200X the prize amount. As an example, a player picking the $5 window with the 40X multiplier would win $5 X 40, or $200.

There are $370 in total seal prizes.  Once all four bottom windows are opened and totaled, the total prize amount will always equal exactly $370.
