How to Play

TEMPLE OF GOLD™ is a seal card game with instant winners and seal card winners. To play, the player would pay $0.50 for the ticket and then open the windows on the back side to reveal the symbols. If the symbols inside the ticket match the winning combinations on the front, they are a winner. All instant winners will have a cash payout showing the amount won. There are 2,640 tickets in a deal with 252 instant winners.

Instructions on How to Play the Seal Card Game

There are 18 HOLD numbers in the set, each identified by a red number 13 (013 through 1713). Players who receive a hold ticket sign their name on the corresponding sign-up line on the seal card. This ensures that if the game is not completely sold out in one day, the players will receive their winnings. The TEMPLE OF GOLD™ seal card contains 14 seals. 4 qualifying seals are used to determine which players are eligible to play on the seal card. Instructional text appears on each seal. Left to right, the first seal reads. “OPEN 4 SEALS BELOW,” the second seal reads, “OPEN 3 SEALS BELOW,” the third seal reads, “OPEN 2 SEALS BELOW,” and the fourth seal reads, “OPEN 1 SEAL BELOW.” The remaining 10 seals appear in a triangular arrangement, each with its own symbol; a head of KING TUT, a stack of GOLD BARS, a SWORD, a GOLDEN SNAKE, a GOBLET, GOLD COINS, a SCEPTER, GOLD RINGS, a GOLD LAMP, and a TREASURE CHEST.

Once the game is completely sold out, the operator will announce the name of the game “TEMPLE OF GOLD” and serial number, and that the game is now in play. Then the game operator opens the first of the 4 qualifying seals to reveal a winning hold number. The player holding the ticket with the number revealed chooses a total of 4 seals from the 10 symbol seals. The operator opens the 4 chosen seals and awards the player the 4 prizes revealed. The game operator then opens the second of the 4 qualifying seals to reveal another winning hold number. The player holding the ticket with the number revealed chooses 3 of the remaining 6 unopened symbol seals. The operator opens the 3 chosen seals and awards the player the 3 prizes revealed. The game operator then opens the third of the 4 qualifying seals to reveal another winning hold number. The player holding the ticket with the number revealed chooses 2 of the remaining 3 symbol seals. The operator opens the 2 chosen seals and awards the player the 2 prizes revealed. The game operator then opens the fourth and final qualifying seal to reveal the final winning hold number and then opens the final unopened symbol seal. The player holding the ticket with the final qualifying number revealed is awarded the prize revealed under the remaining symbol seal and the game is over.
