How to Play
Texas Hold 'Em is a seal card game that plays similarly to the traditional game of five-card draw poker, and includes instant winners and "hold" tickets. The instant winners (double jokers) have a prize value of $5. The two-card "hold" hands give the player a chance to win $250.
Each ticket (with the exception of the instant winners) depicts two standard playing card faces (i.e. aces, twos, tens, queens, kings, etc.). Players receiving tickets marked "hold" sign their name on the line corresponding to the "hand" depicted on their ticket. When all the tickets have been sold, the operator opens the seals in the order prescribed to reveal the player's "hand" (five playing cards). When all five seals have been opened, the full hand against which the players are competing is displayed. The player holding the ticket containing the two cards best suited for a winning hand is awarded $250. The winning ticket is verified by opening the final seal at the bottom right-hand side of the seal card itself.
To avoid any confusion, each ticket also contains a four-digit number located below the two playing cards. This serves to verify the winner. The actual winning ticket and its identical four-digit number is depicted under the seal contained at the bottom right-hand side of the seal card.
