To play, the player would pay $0.50 for the ticket and then open the 3 windows on the backside to reveal the symbols.  If the symbols inside the ticket match the winning combinations on the front, they are a winner.  Pay all instant winners as tickets are opened and redeemed.

Seal Card Instructions

In addition to the instant winners, there are 75 Bingo Balls B1 through O75. There are 15 Horses numbered 1 through 15.  All of these sign-up tickets will have the words “HOLD” printed on the same ticket.  All players with one of these Bingo Ball tickets or Horse tickets should sign their name on the corresponding line on the seal card’s register. 

Once the game is completely sold out, the operator will announce the Quarter Mile game with serial number xxxxxx is in play, and will use the bingo machine to determine the winner.

TO DETERMINE THE $100 BINGO BALLER WINNER

The Bingo Ball winner is determined by the first bingo ball drawn from the bingo machine.  The player holding this number will win the $100 prize.

TO DETERMINE THE $200 HORSE WINNER

The Horse winner is determined by the first vertical row to be called on the bingo board.  Example:  for Horse # 1 to win, the numbers B1, I16, N31, G46 and O61 would be called prior to any other row being called vertically.  The winning Horse number corresponds with the top number of the winning vertical row.  Only one Horse winner can win.  Numbers are continually called until a vertical row has been filled.

TO DETERMINE THE (POTENTIAL) ROLLING JACKPOT BONUS AMOUNT WINNER

Once the deal is completely sold out, open the Quarter Mile window and announce which Horse is eligible to win the rolling jackpot bonus amount.  Balls are drawn from the bingo machine exactly as described above for the $200 Horse winner.

If the Horse number listed under the Jackpot seal matches the first vertical row called, that person will win the Rolling Jackpot Bonus amount.  If not, the Rolling Jackpot Bonus amount will continue to the next deal.
