How to Play
TOP OF THE CROWN™ is a seal card game with instant winners and seal card winners. To play, the player would pay $0.50 for the ticket and then open the windows on the back side to reveal the symbols. If the symbols inside the ticket match the winning combinations on the front, they are a winner. All instant winners will have a cash payout showing the amount won. There are 1,760 tickets in a deal with 197 instant winners.
Seal Card Instructions
There are 24 HOLD numbers in the set, each identified by a red number 13 (013 through 2313).
Players who receive a hold ticket sign their name on the corresponding sign-up line on the seal card. This ensures that if the game is not completely sold out in one day, the players will receive their winnings. Once the game is completely sold out, the operator will announce the name of the game “TOP OF THE CROWN™” and serial number, and that the game is now in play. Then the operator will open the five $5 seal windows, the four $10 seal windows, the three $20 seal windows, the two $50 seal windows and the one $215 seal window. The player holding the number ending in 13 that appeared under a $5 seal only, is awarded $5. The player holding the number ending in 13 that appeared only under a $5 seal and under a $10 seal is awarded $15 ($5 + $10 = $15). The player holding the number ending in 13 that appeared only under a $5 seal, under a $10 seal and under a $20 seal is awarded $35 ($5 + $10 + $20 = $35). The player holding the number ending in 13 that appeared only under a $5 seal, under a $10 seal, under a $20 seal and under a $50 seal is awarded $85 ($5 + $10 + $20 + $50 = $85.) The player holding the number ending in 13 that appeared under a $5 seal, under a $10 seal, under a $20 seal, under a $50 seal and under the $215 seal is awarded $300 ($5 + $10 + $20 + $50 + $215 = $300).
