How to Play

To play, the player would pay $0.50 for the ticket and then open the windows to reveal a symbol or numerals. If a symbol inside the ticket matches a symbol on the outside of the ticket, they are a winner. All instant winners will have a cash payout showing the amount won. There are 1,872 tickets in a deal with 106 instant winners.

Seal Card Instructions

In addition, there are 15 “Red 00” HOLD tickets in the deal (100 through 1500), each identified by a red number 00 and 15 “Blue 00” HOLD tickets in the deal (100 through 1500), each identified by a blue number 00. Players holding a “Red 00” or “Blue 00” HOLD ticket sign their name on the corresponding sign-up line on the seal card. This ensures that if the game is not completely sold out in one day, the players will receive their winnings.

Once the game is completely sold out, the operator will announce the name of the game “WALL STREET & MAINSTREET” and serial number, and that the game is now in play. The operator will open the “$350” seal window to reveal a number ending in 00. The player holding the ticket with the number ending in red 00 matching the number revealed under the seal is awarded the $350 prize. The operator then will open the “$150” seal window to reveal a number ending in 00. The player holding the ticket with the number ending in blue 00 matching the number revealed under the seal is awarded the $150 prize and seal card play is over.
