Start by opening the Bottom left seal window marked 1 wins $50, to announce the Bingo Ball hold ticket (BI-075) winning number for $50. The players holding the 1-15 Red cars, 1-15 White Cars and 1-15 Blue Cars, have a chance to win the $250, $125 and $75 prizes. There will be one winner for each color car numbered 1-15 (Red, White, & Blue) under the seal marked "OPEN HERE". The color car and hold number 1-15 will display who wins the money amounts of $250, $125, and $75 prizes. If the deal is not completely sold out, the Red, White and Blue Car holders in addition to the Bingo ball holders BI-075 will sign their name on the sign up lines on the seal card.
