How to Play

To play, the player would pay $0.50 for the ticket and then open the windows on the back side to reveal the symbols. If the symbols inside the ticket match the winning combinations on the front, they are a winner. All instant winners will have a cash payout showing the amount won. There are 1,600 tickets in a deal with 128 instant winners.

Seal Card Instructions

There are 18 HOLD tickets containing the word "WILD" in white type on a RED rectangle and a number ending in a RED 13 (013-1713). There are also 18 additional HOLD tickets containing the word "ICE" in white type on a BLUE rectangle and a number ending in BLUE 13 (013-1713), for a total of 36 hold tickets in the deal. Players who receive a ticket ending in a RED 13 or BLUE 13 sign their name on the corresponding line of the card’s "register". This ensures that if the game is not completely sold out in one day, the player will receive their winnings. There are two seals on the seal card—a $100 "START HERE" seal, and a $200 "WHO WINS AGAIN?" seal. When the register is full, the operator shall open the "START HERE" seal on the seal card which will reveal one number ending in 13. The player holding the RED 13 "WILD" numeral and the player holding the BLUE 13 "ICE" numeral that corresponds with the numeral revealed is awarded the prize designated on the seal ($100). These two players then have a chance to win an additional prize. Finally, the operator opens the "WHO WINS AGAIN?" seal. If the word "WILD" is revealed, the player holding the "WILD" number from the "START HERE" seal wins an additional $200 for a total of $300 in seal card prizes. If the word "ICE" is revealed, the player holding the "ICE" number from the "START HERE" seal wins an additional $200 for a total of $300 in seal card prizes. A total of $400 is paid out on the seal card.
