How to Play
To play, the player would pay $0.50 for the ticket and then open the 5 windows on the backside to reveal the symbols and/or numerals. If the symbols inside the ticket match the winning combinations on the front, the player is an instant winner. All winners will have the Cash Payout feature showing the amount won.
Seal Card Instructions
In addition, there are 9 “hold” tickets with numbers ending in “red 13’s”. This type of seal game is referred to as an “all holders win” game – that is, any player who has a “hold” ticket will win a prize amount of some denomination. Once the game is sold out, the operator will open all 5 of the die-cut windows on the front of the seal card to reveal all of the 9 “red 13” numbers. The player holding the ticket with the number(s) printed under the window will win the corresponding prize amount listed on the front of the window. Of the 9 “holders” in this game, 1 player will win $250, 1 player will win $75, 1 player will win $50, 1 player will win $25 and the remaining 5 holders will each win $10.
If the game is not completely sold out in one day, the players should sign the seal card on the line corresponding with their hold ticket. This is to ensure when the game is completed, the player will receive their winnings.
