How to Play

"Win Big" is a progressive seal card game containing both predetermined instant winners and tickets qualifying the purchaser for seal card play. Three like symbols in a row (Bars, Bells, Plums, or Cherries) entitle a player to a prize as specified. Numeral combinations ending in blue 88 or 99 have a prize value of 50 cents ($0.50). Tickets with numeral combinations ending in red 13 qualify for a chance at the seal card play.

When the game is put into play, an initial jackpot contribution is made for the progressive element of the game (e.g. $100.00), noted in the appropriate spot on the seal card, and game play begins.

Players purchase a ticket for $0.50 and open the five, breakopen windows found on the reverse side of the ticket. The winning symbol combinations are identified on the front of the ticket and consist of three like symbols in a row or numeral combinations ending in a blue "88" or blue "99." In the case of an instant winning ticket, the total prize value appears within the ticket in a yellow box labeled "Card Pays."

Also included are tickets which, when opened, reveal a numeral combination ending in a red "13." These are "hold" tickets (numbers 013 through 2313 inclusive) offering the player the opportunity to participate in the seal card/progressive portion of the game. Players having a ticket with a numeral combination ending in a red "13" sign their name on the corresponding line of the seal card's "register" and keep the ticket.

When the register is full, the game's operator opens the seal located on the seal card marked "Open First," under which will appear a numeral combination ending in red "13" and the letter "W," "I," or "N." The person holding the corresponding numeral combination then is awarded $250.00, as specified. That same person then chooses two additional seals (numbered 1 - 15) to be opened.

If the letters appearing under the two additional seals both match the letter appearing under the first seal opened (the initial seal awarding the player $250.00), the player is awarded an additional $100.00. If the three revealed letters, in combination, spell "WIN" ("W" under one seal, "I" under one seal, and "N" under one seal), the player is entitled to the "Jackpot" prize.

If the jackpot is not won, the original $100.00 prize value is carried forward and added to the jackpot of the next game, increasing to $200.00 the total available jackpot prize. The next game must be of the same name and form number. The jackpot progression continues to build one game at a time until there is a winner.
