How to Play
This is a standard seal card game
with instant winners, seal winners, and additional
"firehouse" winners.
The instant winners are easily identifiable
by matching three symbols as illustrated on the front
of the ticket with the inside of the ticket. All instant
winners have a line drawn through the symbols in
addition to a dollar amount on the inside of the ticket
for security verification.
There are 18 seal holders which are
red numbers ending in "13" from 013-1713.
Once the game is sold, the operator will open the
seal at the top of the seal flare card to reveal one
single winner of $250.
There are eight "firehouse"
holders. As the game is sold, these holders are allowed
to choose from 1 to 12 "firehouse" windows
on the seal flare, each representing a dollar value
of $25, $50, $75, or $100. There are 12 windows -
eight will be chosen by the holders of the "firehouse"
tickets. The remaining 4 unopened windows will be
opened and the cumulative dollar prize amounts will
be awarded to the seal winner identified under the
"call 911" seal at the bottom of the seal
flare card.
