How To Play
This is a standard seal card game with instant winners and seal winners.
The instant winners are easily identifiable by matching the symbols as illustrated on the front of the ticket with the inside of the ticket. All instant winners have a line drawn through the symbols, in addition to a dollar amount on the inside of the ticket for security verification.
There are 12 seal holders which are red numbers ending in "13" from 013-1113.
Once the game is sold, the operator will open all seals to reveal the winners; the cumulative dollar amount paid out is always $629 exactly. The seals will reveal which of the holders have won and the dollar amount of their specific prize; the winners are 1 - $299, 1 - $100, 2 - $50, 9 - $20. All seal holders will win something.
