How to Play

This is a standard seal card game with instant winners and seal winners.

The instant winners are easily identifiable by matching three symbols as illustrated on the front of the ticket with the inside of the ticket. All instant winners have a line drawn through the symbols, in addition to a dollar amount on the inside of the ticket for security verification.

There are twenty-four (24) "Blue" seal holders which are blue numbers ending in "13" from 013-2313. These twenty-four blue holders have a chance to win the "Blue-1st Seal Prize" of $300.

There are twenty-four (24) "Red" seal holders which are blue numbers ending in "13" from 2413-4713. These twenty-four blue holders have a chance to win the "Red-2nd Seal Prize" of $200.

There are twenty-four (24) "Green" seal holders which are blue numbers ending in "13" from 4813-7113. These twenty-four blue holders have a chance to win the "Green-3rd Seal Prize" of $100.

Once the game is sold, the operator will open all three seals (Blue - 1st for a $300 winner, Red - 2nd for a $200 winner, and Green - 3rd for a $100 winner) to reveal all three winners.
