To play, the player would pay $.50 for the ticket and then open the 4 BIG windows on the backside to reveal the symbols. There are 124 instant winning tickets and 90 total hold tickets in the bingo event and seal card portions of the game. The hold tickets have a chance either 2 Bingo event and one seal prize.

Instant Winners: If after opening a ticket, the player finds 3 symbols in a row matching an instant winning combination as shown on the ticket front and the 3 symbols have a win line drawn through them, the player is an instant winner and entitled to the prizes printed on the front of the ticket. All instant winners have the Cash Payout feature showing the total amount won on the ticket and this is depicted in a yellow Cash Payout Box.

To play the Bingo Event and Seal card portions: The Bingo Blondie bingo event portion of the game will be played using the bingo mixing machine plus the flashboard/lighted game board and 75 bingo balls. The Dagwood Downline seal game portion will be played using the seal card enclosed with the game. To start, the operator will announce in which game the Bingo Blondie bingo event ticket will be played and sell all the tickets. Bingo Blondie contains 90 total hold tickets (75 hold tickets have the Blondie Bingo Balls B1 through O75 and 15 tickets have the Dagwood Downline Balls B1 through B15). The players will hold the 75 Blondie Hold tickets B1 - O75 for a chance to win the Blondie Bingo prizes. The $225.00 Blondie Bingo winner will be first ball drawn from the bingo mixing machine in the designated bingo game. The last valid number called/last valid number drawn in the designated bingo game wins the Bingo Blondie $100.00 prize. The $225.00 Dagwood Downline seal prize is awarded to the player holding the Dagwood Downline ticket B1 through B15 and matching the same number as revealed under the seal window when the operator opens it a the end of the game.
